Dr. Courtney is the Founder, President, and Professor of Doulos Language and Bible Institute. He is married to Pamela, has 6 children and 8 grandchildren. He has taught courses at Cornerstone Bible Institute in Hot Springs, SD for 10 years and at Tyndale Bible Institute and Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth Texas. Additionally, he taught and designed the online beginning Greek courses at Tyndale Theological Seminary. He was an adjunct professor of Greek at Calvary University. Dr. Courtney is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute (Dipl and BA Bible Theology) and Tyndale Theological Seminary (Th.M. and Th.D.). He also attended Southeastern Bible College, Taylor University, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Courtney has pastored for 33 years. He is the current pastor for Hillsdale Bible Church. He has also pastored in Alabama, Arkansas, and Indiana. Dr. Courtney has published “Heaven and the Believer“, “The Lord is Shepherding Me” and contributed to “What is Dispensationalism?“
